The strategic role of human resources is to develop, contribute to, and support the organization’s mission, vision, values, goals, and objectives. When HR partners with leadership, it enables the organization to harness its human capital. Aligning HR strategy with organization strategy is the formula to deliver exceptional business results.

Guiding Change in Organizations

Change is a basic ingredient of life, and this module develops the skills you will need for guiding change. Recommending, planning, managing, enacting, surviving, and evaluating personal and organizational change are challenges that concern everyone. The forces that drive organizations to change, impediments to change, and a range of approaches for making organizational change more effective will be discussed. You will develop your understanding of change processes, and learn practical skills for effectively guiding change.
