Peggy
H. Eddens, MS
Peggy
Eddens is the Executive Vice President and the Human Capital
Director for WSFS Bank, overseeing all aspects of human capital
including: learning and development, benefits, compensation,
associate relations, payroll, recruiting, HumanSigma and associate
innovation. Peggy earned a B.S. in business administration
with minors in management and psychology from Robert Morris
University and an M.S. in human resource management from La
Roche College. Her extensive experience includes HR leadership
positions at various financial institutions. Peggy
is a member of the University of Delaware Employer Advisory
Committee and is the cabinet chair for the financial division
of the United Way.
Ada Gonzalez, PhD, LMFT
Ada Luz
González is a speaker, educator, consultant, mediator,
and licensed psychotherapist. She has an extensive background
in communication, change, and leadership development leading
seminars, workshops, and other types of presentations on topics
that relate to leadership, communication, conflict management,
collaboration, team-building, diversity, change, and executive
development. In her business, Logos Noesis, Ada brings her
international experience, and her expertise in collaboration,
language systems, diversity, and adult learning, to help leaders
better understand change and collaboration. Ada has a Ph.D.
in organizational behavior and a specialization in leadership
development and change through Union Institute and University.
Her research has focused on exploring theories and practice
in the area of executive coaching and change.
Julia H. Orescan, CCP, SPHR
Julia
Orescan is an accomplished human resources professional with
14 years of experience working for industry leaders in the
banking and finance sector. Her functional experience includes
positions as a compensation consultant, HR manager, generalist,
educator, and recruiter. She has developed and facilitated
HR education aligned with the core processes used in pay for
performance culture for business leaders. Ms. Orescan has
a B.A. in communication from the University of Delaware and
has held HR certifications for over 10 years, including Certified
Compensation Professional (CCP) and Senior Professional in
Human Resources (SPHR). She is a member of WorldatWork and
the Society for Human Resources Management (SHRM), and had
been on the steering committee for nationally utilized salary
surveys.
Darlene
Pence, PHR
Ms. Pence
is a strategic human resource leader with over 20 years of
experience in all aspects of HR management. She is especially
skilled in partnering with senior leadership to develop and
drive human resource strategies that align with key organization
objectives and create bottom line contributions. She is familiar
with the current trends in the HR field, such as human capital
management, talent management, outsourcing, and aligning HR
functions with core business areas.
Gail
Sacconey Townsend, MS, MA
Gail Townsend
consults and teaches in the private sector, and is an organization
development specialist at W. L. Gore & Associates, Inc.,
and is on the adjunct faculty at the University of Delaware
and Wilmington University. She is committed to driving change
with individuals, teams and organizations to create energy,
maximize potential and achieve individual and business accomplishments.
Gail has an M.S. in organization development from American
University, and an M.A. in human development from Fielding
Graduate University. Currently, she is pursuing her doctoral
degree in human and organization systems. |
