All classes
in the Business Analyst Certificate are held at the University
of Delaware Downtown Center at 8th and King Streets, Wilmington,

Grading
Policy
Certificate
modules are graded on a pass/fail basis unless letter grades
are requested by the participant. Grading is based on participation
in class and completion of assignments and a case study.
Textbooks/Materials
An extensive
participant manual and a copy of the IIBA Body of Knowledge
is included in the cost of the certificate.
Continuing
Education Units
Upon
completion of the program, participants will earn 6.0 Continuing
Education Units (CEUs). CEUs are the national standard means
of recording participation in, and successful completion of,
adult educational courses.
Financial
Assistance
Students
in University of Delaware certificate programs may be eligible
for financial aid. Please call the ACCESS Center at 302/831-
