Assertive Communication and Supervision
Designed
for supervisors, managers, and team leaders, this highly interactive
two-day workshop provides you with training and practice to
enhance your interpersonal communication and supervisory skills.
It focuses on introducing techniques and building skills to
improve your ability to lead and motivate others in the workplace.
The workshop addresses common supervisory issues such as confronting
performance problems, dealing with difficult people, and motivating
behavioral change. Through its interactive format, you will
have an opportunity to practice new skills and learn to apply
