afternoon sessions will provide you with invaluable techniques
to help you get the results you want from your business e-mails.

from the best: Peggy Smith

Peggy
Smith of Smith and Associates is a consultant, educator,
teacher, and trainer who has helped others communicate more effectively
throughout her career in the private and public sectors. Prior to
working for 16 years in sales at the DuPont Company and Agfa Corporation,
she served as a training specialist for the Engineering Division
of DuPont, the training director of Peace Corps Nepal, and a teacher
in the New York City public school system. Peggy has advanced degrees
in both education and counseling. She is the founder and principal
of her own consulting and training firm focusing on enhancing communication
skills. She conducts customized seminars on effective business writing
and speaking for corporations throughout the tri-state area.
