Designing a System for High Performance
What drives
success in businesses and organizations? Undoubtedly, one
powerful driver is an integrated management system that focuses
on results. This interactive seminar, facilitated by a leading
expert in the application of the Baldrige Criteria, is designed
to help business leaders and managers design systems to achieve
high levels of performance excellence in their organizations.
More than just providing an overview of the Baldrige Criteria,
it focuses on a step-by-step approach to identifying and putting
in place value-added continuous improvement systems. A copy
of Mark Blazey’s book, Insights to Performance Excellence
2006, is included with the program.
