interactive workshop is designed for team leaders, facilitators,
supervisors, and managers who want a more systematic way to
manage conflict and reach consensus in a team setting. It
provides opportunities to practice strategies for effective
team problem solving, resolving team conflict, and reaching
consensus decisions. Topics include
