Susanne
Drury, PhD
A human
resources trainer for over 25 years, Dr. Susanne Drury conducts
seminars nationally on team building and supervisory skills.
She is the owner of her own company TEAMUP, a consulting firm
specializing in team effectiveness, employee empowerment,
and quality leadership. Dr. Drury is the author of Assertive
Supervision: Building Involved Teamwork (Research Press,
1984) and has a PhD in clinical psychology from the University
of Chicago.
Peggy
Smith
Peggy
Smith of Smith and Associates is an educator, teacher, and
trainer who has helped others communicate more effectively
throughout her career in the private and public sectors. Prior
to working for 16 years in sales at the DuPont Company and
Agfa Corporation, she served as a training specialist for
the Engineering Division of DuPont, the training director
of Peace Corps Nepal, and a teacher in the New York City public
school system. Peggy has advanced degrees in both education
and counseling. She is the founder and principal of her own
consulting and training firm. |
