Board Governance: The Power of Mission and Stewardship
During
these challenging times, community-based organizations and
nonprofits need their boards of directors to provide leadership.
This interactive workshop provides an outstanding governance
capacity- building opportunity for board officers and members
to gain new insights and skill sets in governance and leadership.
It is designed to reinvigorate board members with a sense
of the power and rewards of effective, creative stewardship.
It addresses some of the most important challenges and areas
of responsibility facing nonprofit boards of directors today,
including accountability and implementation of shared leadership
strategies.
