course will provide the knowledge and skills necessary to
assess your program's current evaluation activities and
create a strategy for expanding your own capacity and effectiveness.

fully understand and respond to the accountability pressures
using assessment strategies that work

Understand
the terminology, definitions, and models for performance
measurement and outcome evaluation as they relate to data
planning and collection and incorporating outcomes into
management systems
Certification
follows the five full-day sessions of this program. There
is a prerequisite of either five years' nonprofit management
experience or prior completion of the University of Delaware
Nonprofit Management Certificate Course.
