Advanced Nonprofit Management Certificate

Is your organization . . .

  • Experiencing tight resources?
  • Facing stricter accountability guidelines?
  • Needing to insure community, political, and financial support?

Then you will benefit by participating in this five-day Advanced Nonprofit Management Certificate Course.

This course will provide the knowledge and skills necessary to assess your program's current evaluation activities and create a strategy for expanding your own capacity and effectiveness. Now, as never before, nonprofit organizations operate in an environment of tight resources and even tighter accountability. Your ability to examine how well your program is performing is becoming more critical with each fiscal year. Your need to insure continued community, political, and financial support is paramount to your success.

With this course you will

  • More fully understand and respond to the accountability pressures using assessment strategies that work
  • Understand the terminology, definitions, and models for performance measurement and outcome evaluation as they relate to data planning and collection and incorporating outcomes into management systems
