Thanks
to a unique partnership between the University of Delaware's
College of Human Resources, Education and Public Policy and
the Milford School District, you can complete a degree in
elementary teacher education in southern Delaware. This degree
program prepares you for certification in both elementary
education and elementary special education.
Like all
University of Delaware teacher education programs, the elementary
teacher education program in southern Delaware will prepare
you to be a reflective practitioner who can serve diverse
communities of learning as a scholar, a problem-solver, and
a partner. UD's high academic standards, multiple field-based
experiences, extensive technology exposure, and national accreditation
all combine to give you great employment possibilities.
