Become a Delaware Quality Award Examiner

The Delaware Quality Award Board of Examiners is the backbone of the Award process. DQA Examiners evaluate award applications, participate in site visits, and prepare feedback reports. They play a critical role in determining the Award recipients who exemplify performance excellence within Delaware.

There are both organizational and individual benefits to becoming a Delaware Quality Award Examiner:

  • Opportunity for personal and professional growth
  • Networking with colleagues who share similar professional and organizational challenges
  • An increased knowledge base within the organization on what it takes to achieve excellence
  • Development of performance excellence champions to drive organizational alignment and integration to help achieve results
  • A better understanding of how other organizations make it happen
  • Examiner Training Workshops provide valuable leadership and quality management training to participants, and are available at no cost to those agreeing to serve as Delaware Quality Award Examiners.
