review the Feedback Report.

There
are two opportunities for organizations to participate
in this level of assessment, May 31 and August 31. Award
levels will be determined by the Panel of Judges meeting
in November. |

eligibility |
When
an organization completes and submits the Commitment Level
Application, the highest level award the organization
is eligible to achieve is the Delaware
Quality Commitment Award. |
