Process
Submit Application and Fee
Deadline
for submission of applications is either May 31 or August
31, depending upon application
level. Applicants must submit:
- One
(1) completed and signed application
cover form. This is a 2-page Microsoft Word
document which must be saved to your computer and completed
"off-line."
- Ten
(10) copies of a completed application responding to the
Award Criteria.
- A
check made payable to the University of Delaware
for the appropriate application fee. Click here for fees
