Delaware Regional Team Showcase
Application and Selection Process

Participating teams are asked to submit the following:

1. Delaware Regional Team Showcase Application Form
   Submission Deadline: October 5, 2007
   This short declaration of the team’s intent to participate in the Delaware Regional Team Showcase includes a brief summary of the team’s project. There is a $100 nonrefundable fee to apply. 2. Written Report
   Submission Deadline: November 15, 2007
   Participating teams must submit a written report explaining their project and process. These materials are judged on how well they meet the Team Judging Criteria. Also, please see Written Report Guidelines. These criteria evaluate those areas necessary for team success – from project selection to solution development, project implementation and results. Written Reports are submitted to the Chairperson, Delaware Regional Team Showcase, sgmiller@dentsply.com.

In the preliminary round, the Written Reports are carefully evaluated by a panel of judges. These judges have team process experience and represent diverse industries. Participating teams will be notified by December 10, 2007 if they have been selected as a Finalist team.

Finalist teams will make live presentations at the University of Delaware, February 7, 2008. All Finalists are recognized and awarded plaques. The highest scoring team receives the coveted Gold Award, which is announced at the conference’s closing session.
