Team presentation guidelines

• Team presentations are timed. Questions from the audience will be allowed after each presentation.
• A minimum of 2 team members must represent the team.
• Presentations must be in Microsoft PowerPoint.
• One podium will be available for speakers on stage. Chairs for other speakers will also be available on the stage.
• Use of props is encouraged. Props can be anything that helps animate your team’s story. However, props that require interaction with the audience are not allowed.
• Wearing of company or team outfits is encouraged. Costumes that will help enhance your team’s identity and tell the team’s story are also allowed.
• Each team should select a song that represents their team project in some way. The song will be played as part of the team’s introduction and will add fun and entertainment to the presentation.
