1. Visit http://jeffline.jefferson.edu/jeffcme/jeffetc/
2. Towards the bottom center of this Web page, click Access JeffETC
3. The JeffETC Login page will pop up. Type in your last name + the last four digits of your social security number per the example on the screen.
4. Next, a CME transcript page will pop up. Click onto Eastern Shore Medical Symposium (highlighted in blue).
5. Next, the CME certificate will pop up. Print this page. Then, close this box.
6. Finally, click logout.
