- Toward the bottom center of this Web page, click Access JeffETC
- The JeffETC Login page will pop up. Type in your last name + the last four digits of your social security number per the example on the screen.
- Next, a CME transcript page will pop up. Click onto Eastern Shore Medical Symposium (highlighted in blue).
- Next, the CME certificate will pop up. Print this page. Then, close this box.
- Finally, click logout.
