Registration and fees
Details about the 2015 Eastern Shore Medical Symposium will be available in the spring.
The registration fee includes all course materials, certificates of attendance, and continental breakfast. Participants assume responsibility for living accommodations and all other meals.

*Course materials are available in two formats: as a binder with symposium materials in hard copy paper/notebook format; or as electronic materials provided to you on a flash drive. If you choose the flash drive option, please bring a fully-charged laptop to the conference, to access your electronic symposium materials throughout the conference.
A full refund will be given for written cancellation received on or before June 9, 2014. No refunds will be given after this date. The University of Delaware is not responsible for any cancellation or change fees assessed by airlines or travel agencies.
