Registration and Fees

Pre-registration for the Eastern Shore Medical Symposium is closed. In-person registration will be available at the conference site on June 21, 4:00-6:00 p.m. and June 22, 7:00-7:55 a.m.
Physicians and faculty	$660.00
Retired physicians	$620.00
Nurse practitioners, nurses, physician assistants, and other health care professionals	$560.00
Residents (with a letter from their program director)	$405.00
Previous participant bringing a first-time participant (indicate the first-time participant’s name on the registration form)	$560.00
Banquet tickets, per person, including conference attendee (age 5 and under: free)	$25.00

The registration fee includes all course materials, certificates of attendance, and continental breakfast. The banquet fee includes dinner and family musical entertainment. Participants assume responsibility for living accommodations and all other meals. A daily continental breakfast will be provided 30 minutes prior to the earliest session and will run through mid-morning.

Refund Policy

A full refund will be given for written cancellation received before June 15, 2009. No refunds will be given after this date. The University of Delaware is not responsible for any cancellation or change fees assessed by airlines or travel agencies.
