Daniel
C. Danese is a CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER™ practitioner with
over 22 years' experience in the financial services industry,
and the program director of the University of Delaware's Certificate
in Financial Planning. Currently he is president of Legacy
Solutions, Inc. which specializes in wealth management, estate
planning, retirement planning and executive benefits. Previously
he was senior vice president of distribution for a national
company with supervision over 7,000 planners.

Mr. Daniels
is the co-managing partner and director of Daniels + Tansey,
LLP, as well as co-founder of the firm and Chief Compliance
Officer. He holds the professional designations Chartered
Financial Consultant and Accredited Estate Planner. He is
a member of the Estate Planning Council of Delaware, Wilmington
Tax Group, and the Financial Planning Association. He also
serves on the Professional Advisory Committee of the Delaware
Community Foundation. Mr. Daniels has worked in the financial
services industry for 35 years.

MD (d/b/a Financial Advisors of Delaware Valley). Professional

Dr. Fields holds an MBA, Master of Accountancy, and Ph.D.
in business administration, and has taught business and finance
at the university level since 1978. A past chair of the Department
of Finance, Dr. Fields is currently Associate Professor of
Finance.

& Associates, P.A. He provides tax planning, consulting,
and compliance services to business clients in the construction,
real estate, and manufacturing industries and to individuals.
He is current chair of the Delaware Society of CPAs and past
chair of the Wilmington Tax Group. He is a member of the tax
committees of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants
and Delaware State Chamber of Commerce and of the Legislative/Legal
Rights committee of Associated Builders and Contractors. He
has given discussions on tax matters to organizations such
as Delaware Conference for Accountants, Construction Financial
Management Association, Wilmington Tax Group and Association
of Insurance and Financial Advisors as well as written articles
for publications including the Wilmington News Journal and
New Castle County Ledger.

Temple has been practicing law in Pennsylvania since 1973
and is currently is managing partner of Larmore, Scarlett,
Myers & Temple where he is in charge of the estate administration
and estate planning departments. Has lectured on the topic
of estate planning and estate administration before the Pennsylvania
Bar Association, the Chester County Bar Association, the Chester
County Bench-Bar Conference, civic groups, Kennett Area Senior
Center, and other institutions. He has been noted in the Who's
Who of American Law and the Who's Who of Executives and Professionals.
