Delaware residency
To qualify
as a Delaware resident for tuition purposes, the student (or
parent of a dependent student) must have resided in Delaware
for at least 12 consecutive full months before the start of
classes. Questions regarding residency status should be directed

For
the UD Online videotape course format only, there is an
additional $90 handling fee per course.
