Students enrolling in University of Delaware credit courses as Continuing Education students are considered University of Delaware students. As such they are obligated to comply with University of Delaware policies in the Student Code of Conduct. Topics covered in the Code of Conduct include

• Academic honesty
• Alcohol regulations
• Disruptive conduct
• Drug policy
• Endangering the safety of others
• Misuse of University materials, services or property
• Responsible computing and use of University computer resources
• Sexual assault and sexual harassment
• Theft
• Weapons, dangerous instruments, and explosive chemicals or devices on campus
