Textbooks for University of Delaware credit classes
Textbooks
are available at the University
of Delaware Bookstore in Newark or by phone, mail, fax,
or via the Internet.
Please note the following guidelines:
- Your
order must be accompanied by payment, including a shipment
and handling fee added to the cost of the books.
- Mail,
fax, or phone orders may take one week (or more) to fulfill
(depending on time of order and stock availability).

to order your textbooks

The University
of Delaware Bookstore honors credit cards (American Express,
Discover, MasterCard, and Visa), check, or cash.
Textbook return and refund policy
Through
approximately the first week of classes, students must present
a bookstore receipt only, in order to receive a refund when
returning textbooks. After this period, in order to receive
a refund, students must present both a bookstore receipt and
a copy of their current University schedule, as evidence that
they have dropped the course for which that textbook was purchased.
See the current semester's academic
calender for applicable dates this semester. Textbooks
must be in original condition to qualify for a refund. Items
in shrink wrap must remain in shrink-wrap to qualify for a
refund.
Shipping rates
Textbook shipping rates are charged at $6.95
for the first item ordered, and $1.95 for each additional
item.
