Susanne Drury, PhD
A human
resources trainer for over 25 years, Dr. Susanne Drury conducts
seminars nationally on team building and supervisory skills.
She is the owner of her own company TEAMUP, a consulting firm
specializing in team effectiveness, employee empowerment,
and quality leadership. Dr. Drury is the author of Assertive
Supervision: Building Involved Teamwork (Research Press,
1984) and has a PhD in clinical psychology from the University
of Chicago.
Linda
Osoinach
Linda
is the coordinator of the University of Delaware's Academy
of Lifelong Learning. Linda has 20 years of experience in
IT and management with major corporations in the mid Atlantic.
She has a bachelor's degree in industrial management from
the Georgia Institute of Technology, and an MBA and doctorate
in education from the University of Delaware.
John
Osoinach
John
is the director of the University of Delaware's New Castle
County Small Business Development Center. John has 15 years
of experience working with small business owners in Delaware,
assisting them with upgrading management skills. He also owned
and operated a marketing services firm and has worked in sales
and sales management. He has a bachelor's degree in industrial
management from the Georgia Institute of Technology, and an
MBA and doctorate in education from the University of Delaware. |
