Schedule
and location
All classes
in the Essentials of Management Certificate program take
place at the University of Delaware’s
Downtown Center at 8th and King Streets, Wilmington, DE.

Grading
policy
The certificate
is graded on a pass/fail basis, unless letter grades are requested.
Grading is based on participation in class and completion
of out-of-class assignments and projects.
Textbooks
An extensive
participant manual is included with the certificate program.
Optional texts may be recommended as a resource or for completion
of assignments.
Continuing Education Units
Upon
completion of the program, you will earn 4.4 Continuing Education
Units (CEUs) for 45 hours of in-class instruction. CEUs are
the national, standard means of recording participation in,
and successful completion of, adult education courses.
