Cost

The cost of the certificate program is $2,295, due upon acceptance into the program. A payment plan is available. Please call 302/831-1138 for details. Students in University of Delaware certificate programs may be eligible for financial aid. Please call the ACCESS Center at 302/831-2741 for information and applications.

Group Discount -- Enroll three or more individuals from one organization in this certificate and receive a 15% discount on this certificate. All individuals must register at the same time. Call 302/831-1138 or write to business-mgmt@udel.edu for further information.

Veterans Training -- This certificate is approved by the Delaware State Approving Agency for the training of veterans. Call 302/831-1138 for information.

How to register

Registration with payment is due ten business days before the start of the program. You can register by mail, fax, phone, or online, using the following registration number:

  • By mail -- Mail a completed registration form (with payment) to: Registrar, 201 B John M. Clayton Hall, University of Delaware, Newark, DE 19716-7410.

  • By fax -- Fax your completed registration form to 302/831-0701 (fax cannot be used when paying by check).

  • By phone -- If you are paying with credit card (MasterCard, Visa, Discover, or American Express), please note the registration number listed above and call 302/831-1171, Mon.-Fri., 8:30 a.m.-5:00 p.m.

  • On the Web -- If you are paying with credit card (MasterCard, Visa, Discover, or American Express), please visit our secure Web-based registration page, and register online using the registration number noted above.

Refund policy

If a certificate program is cancelled by the University, a full refund is provided. A full refund will be given to anyone who withdraws if written notice is received by Professional and Continuing Studies via mail, e-mail, or fax five working days prior to the program start date. Withdrawals made less than five working days before the program start date incur a fee of 15% of the total cost of the certificate program. Rarely are refunds granted after the start of a program, though in extraordinary circumstances a refund may be made on a prorated basis. All requests for refund must be submitted in writing.
