DeTulleo, Esq., Committee Chair
Charles
DeTulleo is a solo practitioner in West Chester, PA, in practice
since 1980. He concentrates in criminal defense and driver
licensing cases. He has a BA in sociology, a BS in criminal
justice and a minor in psychology from the University of Delaware.
His JD of Law is from the Delaware Law School of Widener University
(now Widener University Law School). Mr. DeTulleo has taught
the introduction course in the Paralegal Certificate at the
University of Delaware for over 24 years. He is admitted to
the following courts: Pennsylvania State Supreme Court, U.S.
Court of Appeals, 3rd Circuit, U.S. District Court for the
Eastern District of Pennsylvania and the United States Supreme
Court. Mr. DeTulleo’s professional memberships are extensive
with long terms in the Chester County Bar Association’s Continuing
Legal Education and Newsletter Committee’s. He is also a long
time member of the Pennsylvania Bar Association with memberships
on several committees. Mr. DeTulleo has also had an extensive
and diverse military career. He retired from the military
in 2002 with the rank of Lieutenant Colonel. His highest award
is the Meritorious Service Medal with one oak leaf cluster.
Mr. DeTulleo is also retired from the Delaware State Police,
having had experience as a trooper, plainclothes detective,
training academy instructor, and supervisor.
Rae
Simonini Campagnola, Esq.
Rae Simonini
Campagnola is a litigation attorney and solo practitioner
admitted to practice in Pennsylvania since 1994. She practices
in areas of insurance defense, personal injury, and workers’
compensation law. Ms. Campagnola completed an internship with
the Commonwealth Court of Pennsylvania in 1989, and received
a Bachelor of Science from Juniata College in political science
and business management in 1990. She received a Juris Doctor
from Widener University School of Law in Wilmington, Delaware
in 1994. In addition to private practice, Ms Campagnola has
been an instructor with the University of Delaware’s Paralegal
Certificate program since 2003, teaching Legal Research and
Writing. She has also served as an adjunct professor to Wesley
College, teaching Legal Research and Writing, Legal Research
Seminar, Insurance Law, Commercial Law, and Business Law II.
The
Honorable David A. White
The Honorable
David A. White was appointed a Commissioner for the Superior
Court in 2001. He received his BA degree from the University
of Delaware in 1981. He received his J.D. degree from the
Widener University School of Law in 1986, where he was a staff
member of the Law Review, The Delaware Journal of Corporate
Law, president of the Moot Court Honor Society, and a contributing
editor of the Delaware Law Forum. Commissioner White has previously
served as a Deputy Attorney General for the State of Delaware
and has had extensive private practice experience. In addition
to his regular duties, Commissioner White is responsible for
all pretrial discovery and motion practice for Delaware asbestos
and benzene litigation. He regularly serves as a mediator
for the Superior Court in personal injury, medical negligence,
and commercial matters. In that capacity, Commissioner White
is a frequent contributor/panelist to continuing legal education
seminars on alternative dispute resolution. Commissioner White
is a member of the Delaware State Bar Association and for
the past four years has served as an elected member of its
Executive Committee. He currently serves as Treasurer of the
Bar Association. Commissioner White is also a member of the
ADR Section and the Real and Personal Property Section of
the Bar Association. Additionally, he is a member of the Lawyers
Assistance Committee, the Trial Practice Forum steering committee,
and he is a member of the Richard S. Rodney Inn of Court.
Dawn
L. Becker, Esq.
Dawn
L. Becker, Esquire works for GEICO as the manager of its Delaware
Staff Counsel office. In this position, Dawn litigates on
behalf of GEICO’s insured when a lawsuit arises from a motor
vehicle collision. Dawn is a graduate of Albright College
with a BA in political science/communications. She is a 1991
graduate of Widener University School of Law. She is a member
of both the Delaware and Pennsylvania bars. She is a member
of the Delaware State Bar Association and the Delaware Trial
Lawyers Association. She is active in animal welfare, and
serves on the board of the Delaware Humane Association.
