Schedule and location
Classes are held in the evening, two nights per week, at the University of Delaware Downtown Center at 8th and King Streets, Wilmington, DE. The modules are each approximately thirteen weeks in duration.
Grading policy
All coursework in the certificate program is presented at a college level and will be graded according to the University of Delaware’s A-F letter grade system.

Students in the University of Delaware's Paralegal Certificate have free access to the LexisNexis legal research system for the duration of the program.

Continuing Education Units
Upon successful completion the program, students are awarded 23.4 Continuing Education Units (CEUs). CEUs are the national, standard means of recording participation in, and successful completion of, professional adult education courses.
