General information
All classes
in the Performance Management Certificate program take place
at the University of Delaware’s
Downtown Center at 8th and King Streets, Wilmington, DE.

Grading
policy
Certificate
modules are graded on a pass/fail basis unless letter grades
are requested by the participant. Grading is based on participation
in class, completion of interim assignments, and completion
of a project or project plan that is the basis for a participant
presentation at the final session.
Continuing Education Units
Upon
completion of the program, you will earn 4.8 Continuing Education
Units (CEUs) for 48 hours of in-class instruction. CEUs are
the national, standard means of recording participation in,
and successful completion of, adult education courses.
Textbooks
and materials
An extensive
participant manual and a Goal/QPC Six Sigma Memory Jogger
are included in the registration fee.
