“Over twenty Delaware library staff participated in the Performance Management Certificate, which is key to our quality initiatives. We were able to apply what we had learned to real world situations in our organization, and due in part to the training in this program, the Delaware Division of Libraries received the Delaware Quality Commitment Award in 2004 and the Delaware Quality Award of Merit for 2005. When we are managing our resources and services effectively, we are increasing the value of libraries to the public.”
