Performance Management Certificate

Program description

The Performance Management Certificate provides you with a framework to develop and implement a quality management system that is capable of sustaining high performance and positive bottom line results. Incorporated into this certificate is an overview of high performance management principles and practices, including the PDSA (Plan, Do, Study, Act) cycle, the Baldrige Criteria, Lean Enterprise, and Six Sigma methodology. The program provides Six Sigma Green Belt training, and includes not only an extensive discussion of the Six Sigma DMAIC model, but also guidance in how to apply the methodology through the completion of a Six Sigma Green Belt process improvement project.

You will benefit from participating in this certificate program if you are a...

  • Newly promoted or aspiring quality manager
  • New or experienced quality professional, manager, or team leader who wants to continuously improve your work processes
  • Someone who wants to earn a Six Sigma Green Belt certificate

Requirements for acceptance

There are no formal requirements for acceptance into the certificate program. Classes are limited to no more than 20 participants with registrations accepted on a first-come, first-served basis.

Time to complete

The Performance Management Certificate can be completed in four months.
