John
Kmetz
John Kmetz
teaches management and international business systems at the
University of Delaware and abroad, focusing primarily on how
organizations process information to accomplish their goals.
For more than 35 years, he has provided management development
and specialized training programs to domestic and foreign
private firms, government organizations, and nonprofit organizations.
He is presently academic project manager for a $10 million
USAID contract to establish an MBA program in Sarajevo, Bosnia.
Susanne
Drury
A human
resources trainer for over 25 years, Dr. Drury conducts seminars
nationally for a wide variety of organizations, including
hospitals, manufacturers, service companies, and state and
federal government. She is the owner of TEAMUP, a consulting
firm specializing in team building, employee empowerment,
and quality leadership. Dr. Drury is the author of Assertive
Supervision: Building Involved Teamwork (Research Press,
1984) and has a Ph.D. in clinical psychology from the University
of Chicago.

Brannen
Mr. Brannen
is the former manager of user services and telecommunications
for Delmarva Power and Light Co. His areas of expertise include
COBOL programming, systems analysis and project management,
and electronic communications.
