Richard H. McGuigan, M.S., Certified Six Sigma Black Belt, PMP, ITIL V3 Foundations
Mr. McGuigan is a business analyst, principle leader for a large, global provider of technology-enabled solutions and information technology services. With over 25 years of project management experience and credentialed as a Project Management Professional (PMP), he has managed large, multi-year, systems integration projects for U.S. government clients including the Navy and Air Force. His current role is Account Quality Lead and Program Manager for the Continuous Service Improvement program on a large, global, commercial outsourcing account where he conducts the account’s Six Sigma Quality Council and oversees all of the account’s Lean Six Sigma projects. He is a Certified Six Sigma Black Belt, a member of the company’s Global Lean Six Sigma Governance Board and a member of the faculty that trains, mentors and certifies Lean Six Sigma White, Green and Black Belts.

John Sullivan is the principal of Sullivan Learning Solutions, LLC and is a project management and Microsoft Project instructor at Project Assistants, Inc. He has been a senior instructional designer at the Catholic Leadership Institute; project management portfolio manager at the American Management Association; vice president of instructional design and development at the International Institute for Learning, Inc.; senior trainer and project manager at Program Planning Professionals (PCUBED); senior training consultant at Shared Medical Systems; principal of Applied Performance Technology, adjunct instructor at Northampton Community College; and manager of training and documentation at AGS Management Systems, Inc. Sullivan is credentialed as a PMP (Project Management Professional).
