The course delivery of this program combines all of the following components:

• In-person classroom sessions at the University of Delaware Downtown Center, 8th and King Streets, Wilmington

• Live, real-time virtual class meetings via the Internet

Technology requirements

• Access to a computer with a high-speed (broadband) Internet connection
• Audio headset (w. microphone), or microphone and computer speakers
• Software (all available by free download)
  • Adobe Flash, a free browser plug-in, to view online lectures. (Click here to download and install Flash.)
  • Adobe Reader, a free software tool, needed to view course presentations. (Click here to download and install Adobe Reader if you don't already have it.)
  • Adobe Connect
  • Firefox or Internet Explorer are the recommended browsers. Other browsers such as Chrome or Safari are not fully compatible with the learning management system used in this course.
