The program's centerpiece is a 1-week residential institute at St. George's Park National Football Centre in the U.K.

Lead instructor and academic director of the program is Matthew Robinson, professor of sport management at the University of Delaware.

Andrew Donnery is a lead instructor with extensive soccer experience as a player and directing coaching activities both in England and the U.S.

Coaching directors will be prepared to return to their environment with the goal of becoming foundation builders for future coaches and players.
