Registration and tuition information
Nonresident individuals
If you
are a nonresident distance learning student enrolled for the
majority of your coursework through UD Online, you may qualify
for the nonresident site
participant tuition rate through a work site, community
college, testing center, or other partnership. Click here
if you are unsure about which category
applies to your situation.
However,
if you are sure that you do not qualify for either the Delaware
resident or site participant tuition rate, or if you do not
wish to take your exams at a participating testing center,
then you would be considered an individual nonresident. Individual
nonresident students must independently arrange to have their
UD Online exams administered by a private proctor, according
to UD Online guidelines and subject to approval. Click here
for the UD
Online Site Participation/Proctor Agreement Form.
It is the responsibility of each student to finalize all testing
schedules with his or her selected testing location or proctor,
following the exam dates on the course syllabus.
