Accessing your UD Online course

Student log-on

Please start the log-on process as soon as possible. It may take 3-4 days to activate your account if you are a new UD student.

  1. Activate or confirm your UdelNet ID account

    New UD students -- Follow the steps outlined at the University's "Before You Arrive" page to activate your University e-mail account (UdelNet ID). We recommend adding this page to your browser’s favorites because you will need to access this page frequently while your account is being established.

    Returning students -- Visit the University's "Before You Arrive" page to confirm that your account is still active. You will need to know your UdelNet ID and password.

  2. Log on to your course's learning management system—If you do not know the learning management system used by your course, please check the UD Online Catalog.

    1. MyCourses—After your account is activated, you will have access to the UD Online Orientation in MyCourses, which is available approximately two weeks before each semester begins. We recommend that all students new to distance learning review the orientation. Enter your UDelNetID and password to log on. Access to your credit course in MyCourses will begin on the first day of classes. Click here to access your MyCourses course. Enter your UDelNetID and password to log on.

    3. SerfFor the following courses only, the course delivery platform is Serf. Click here for Serf log-on instructions.
