Accessing your UD Online course

Accessing the UD Online Exam Scheduler with Windows Vista OS

If your computer uses the Microsoft Windows Vista operating system, you may not be able to connect to the UD Online Personalized Exam Scheduler. Please complete the following steps to resolve this issue:

• Open Internet Explorer

• Click "Tools —> Internet Options"

• Select the "Advanced" tab

• Under settings, scroll to the bottom

• There is a checkbox to enable "SSL 2.0" (by default, this is not being enabled)

• Just click this checkbox to enable it

• Close Internet Explorer and re-open again
