Wine Online for Groups

Many restaurant organizations lose incremental sales daily due to the fact that their staff are uncomfortable selling wine. Instead of offering guests a forty dollar bottle of wine that will complement their meal and enhance their dining experience, many wait staff are content to sell iced tea or three dollar mugs of beer, items they are more comfortable selling than wine. Renowned wine educator Marnie Old has helped thousands of wait staff overcome these fears with her popular wine course for restaurant service staff. Wine Online consists of four, hour-and-a-half long segments that give service staff the knowledge and skills needed to confidently sell wine--thereby increasing sales, tips, and guest satisfaction.
