Undergraduate students who are enrolled for the majority of their credit hours in a given semester through UD Online distance learning may qualify for the nonresident site participant rate by registering in the -195 section of a UD Online course on a space-available basis.

In addition, nonmatriculated students who reside outside of Delaware and register for UD Online courses are eligible for the nonresident site participant rate.

Full-time matriculated undergraduate UD campus students may be classified as nonresident site participants only during the winter and summer sessions.
