Continuing education credit

The Telehealth in Delaware conference will be submitting applications for continuing education credit (CME, CEU) in several relevant health care disciplines. Application has been made or will be submitted for the following professional associations:

Participants will be awarded 1.0 credit hour for attending this event.

This activity has been planned and implemented in accordance with the standards of the Academy of General Dentistry Program Approval for Continuing Education (PACE) through the joint program provider approval of National Dentex Corp. and University of Delaware. National Dentex Corp. is approved for awarding FAGD/MAGD credit.

The Medical Society of Delaware is accredited by the ACCME to provide CME activities for physicians.

The Medical Society of Delaware designates this live continuing medical education activity for a maximum of 8.25 AMA PRA Category 1 Credits™. Physicians should claim only the credit commensurate with the extent of their participation in the activity.

It is the policy of the Medical Society of Delaware to comply with the ACCME Standards for Commercial Support of Continuing Medical Education. In keeping with these standards, all faculty participating in continuing medical education activities jointly provided by the Medical Society of Delaware are expected to disclose to the activity audience any real or apparent conflicts of interest related to the content of their presentation.

American Occupational Therapy Association (AOTA)

The University of Delaware’s Division of Professional and Continuing Studies is authorized to assign 0.5 AOTA CEUs for the Telehealth in Delaware Conference on October 20, 2015. The assignment of AOTA CEUs does not imply endorsement of specific course content, products, or clinical procedures by AOTA.APP-C Provider-AOTA


American Speech-Language-Hearing Association (ASHA)

Pyramid Educational Consultants is in co-sponsorship with the University of Delaware, Division of Professional and Continuing Studies for the Telehealth Conference.

This conference is offered for up to 0.65 ASHA CEUs (Various Level; Professional Area).


National Board for Certified Counselors (NBCC)

This program has been approved by NBCC for NBCC Credit. Sessions approved for NBCC credit are clearly identified. University of Delaware, Division of Professional and Continuing Studies is solely responsible for all aspects of the program. Approval No. SP-2597. All sessions in the Telemental Health conference track have been approved for NBCC credit.
