The professional
world has changed radically in our lifetime. Today, you can
expect to work for four or more employers in your work life,
often in positions that require skills that you have no formal
training in. Being a leader, manager, or supervisor in this
new environment is challenging. To be successful, you must
be equipped with practical tools to effectively interact with
those you supervise, as well as those who supervise you. This
is true regardless of your work setting, whether it is service
or manufacturing, education or health care, business or nonprofit.
All classes
take place at the UD Downtown Center for
Performance Excellence, 8th and King Streets, Wilmington.

certificate was previously called the Supervision and
Leadership Certificate. If you have previously completed
