Students enrolled in an online course will receive an email each semester indicating their exam location and/or testing method. The course syllabus will also list all required assignments, including exams.

Student identity verification procedures
All students’ identities are confirmed by photo ID prior to sitting for each proctored exam. Student privacy during a proctored exam at a distance is maintained through direct communication and the use of a secure testing service. Students testing at a distance are informed through our website and through email that there are additional costs associated with taking a proctored exam through ProctorU. UD Online staff, distance testing proctors and UD’s Academic Technology Services via the Central Authentication System (CAS) ensure the consistent application of the above student verification procedures.
The UD Online Resource Center tests on a walk-in basis on Wednesdays and Thursdays from 10:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m. and on Fridays from 10:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Students will receive an email in their UDel email with their assigned testing location. If students have issues with the location chosen for them, they must contact email@example.com to discuss changing their location prior to the beginning of the semester. All exams must be taken at the same location during the semester.
No appointment is necessary, but you must show valid photo ID every time you come to test.
All exams must be completed by closing time.
All pens, pencils, scrap paper and calculators as allowable by the professor are provided by the Resource Center.
Bring a valid photo ID or you will not be permitted to take your exam.
