Associate in Arts Online

A UD degree is closer than you think

The Associate in Arts degree is now available through UD Online distance learning, with courses delivered via the Web and CD-ROM. This program gives returning adult students the freedom to pursue the Associate in Arts even if their schedules or geographic location prevent them from attending class on campus.

The Associate in Arts degree

  • Starts you on your way toward earning a bachelor’s degree, and offers you a resume-building University credential
  • Builds enhanced communication skills and strengthens your ability to analyze issues and think critically--traits valued by any employer and useful in pursuing further education in any field
  • Represents completion of approximately half of a Bachelor of Arts degree program at the University of Delaware

The Associate in Arts Online is based on the curriculum of the University of Delaware's Associate in Arts degree, a two-year liberal arts program. Previous college credits may be eligible for transfer into the Associate in Arts Online program. Also, you can take courses before you apply for admission to see if this program is for you.
